All services are provided subject to separate written agreements that will specify project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

• All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payment may result in suspension of services and interest charges
• All costs associated with payment processing or collection are the responsibility of the client

8. Project Delivery and Client Responsibilities

Successful project delivery depends on collaboration between virox and our clients. Client responsibilities typically include:

• Providing timely feedback and approvals
• Supplying necessary content, data, and access credentials
• Participating in scheduled meetings and reviews
• Testing deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Providing clear and detailed project requirements

Delays in client responsibilities may impact project timelines and costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, virox B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of our website or services, regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to virox for the specific services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide high-quality services, our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements in accordance with the specific terms outlined in project contracts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately, and we may delete any data or content associated with your account, subject to our data retention obligations and your rights under applicable law.

13. Force Majeure

virox shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, or technical failures of third-party systems.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
